Family Reps Program Application

Just Peachy Photography is starting a family reps program in which 2-3 local families will be chosen to represent our company. We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals that are very social and in touch with technology. This form is an application to choose the select families. Families selected will be required to sign a contract and model release form. The families that are chosen will have the opportunity to schedule two mini sessions a year in May and September for their families. The mini sessions will be 30-40 minutes long and will have 15 custom edited proofs to choose from. Each family will be given credits towards prints and products based on their referrals as defined in the contract.

All applicants must live within 10 miles of Palatine, IL and have at least one child under the age of 5 to be eligible for the program.

Contracts are good for one year.
