Black and White Expressions Mini Sessions 2020 Sign Up Form

Please fill out the form below to schedule your Black and White Expressions Mini Session. They are taking place in our Palatine studio, located at 117 W. Slade St. #2 on Sunday, March 8th and Sunday, March 15th. Indicate the time you prefer and second choice as well and I will send you your contract and invoice by email to book. Sessions are 10 minutes and $25. All prints, products and digital files are sold separately. Digital files for this event are $25 each.

Children WILL be photographed individually for this event only. No sibling images will be taken but more than one child can participate in your session time.
