Our Holiday Mini Sessions 2019 event will be one of our last special events of the year!  Holiday mini sessions are for children ages 2 months through 10 years old (if you have an older child and want to participate, contact me). Each session time includes up to 3 children. There will be an additional $ 15 fee for each additional child.  Please note that the children MUST be in your immediate family and not extended family (no cousins or friends for this event–siblings only).

Holiday Mini Sessions are taking place in our downtown Palatine studio on the Saturday, November 23rd in the morning and also Saturday, December 7th in the morning. The theme this year is Farmhouse Christmas. It is very neutral in color. You can see the backdrop below. It is only 5×5 so a large group of smaller children or more than 2 older children probably will not fit. Our holiday mini sessions will ONLY be offered on this day but clients are welcome to book their own private petite sessions starting at $275 (you can combine with a regular, non holiday themed backdrop too).

Our Holiday Mini Sessions are $40 and include a 10 minute session with our holiday trees set up with an online gallery of 5-7 proofs to choose from.  Digital files and print packages will start at $25.  Please contact me for a full pricing list for this special event.

You do not have to choose your package until after you receive your proofs but please note the minimum amount you will spend for this event is $25 (after your session fee is paid).  In order to book your session, you must sign a portrait agreement and provide a $40 payment.   Your space is not officially booked until these 2 items have been received by Just Peachy Photography (you will have 48 hours to return payment and portrait agreement due to limited availability).  Proofs will be sent to all participants within 3-5 days of the event so that you can receive your images in a timely manner.   I will send a timeline for orders to be received by Christmas as well.

Our Santa Mini Sessions 2019 event will be one of our last special events of the year!  Santa mini sessions are for children ages 2 months through 10 years old (if you have an older child and want to participate, contact me). Each session time includes one child. Each additional child is $10. Please note that the children MUST be in your immediate family and not extended family (no cousins or friends for this event–siblings only).

Santa Mini Sessions are taking place in our downtown Palatine studio on the Saturday, November 30th in the morning. This will be the ONLY day that Santa will be visiting the studio. Santa will have a special gift for all of the children attending. The backdrop is a beautiful representation of Santa’s Living Room. It is colorful and detailed. Any solid color outfit will look best. A pattern will clash. I believe that fancier outfits will look the best. For girls, a nice holiday dress. For boys a sweater or button down collared shirt and nice pants or dressier jeans. The children will be either sitting on Santa’s lap, next to Santa on the small studio couch OR may be standing next to the couch by Santa.

If your child is very shy or afraid of characters/new people, this might not be the best session for them. I will do my best but usually between the ages of 6 months and 2 years, many children are fearful of Santa. I am happy to get the funny crying shots but I can’t guarantee those smiles if they are fearful. We can always take a funny crying one with Santa and then have Santa step out and do a few of child by themself on couch in front of beautiful backdrop. Contact me if you have any questions. No money will be refunded for this event if we cannot get the 5 images due to the child not cooperating.

Our Santa Mini Sessions are $150 and include a 15 minute session with Santa with our Santa’s Living Room backdrop with an online gallery of 5-10 proofs to choose from.  5 digital files ARE INCLUDED in this price. This price is for ONE CHILD. All additional children are $10 each. Additional digital files will be $25 each. There will be special holiday packages available for this event as well. The 5 minute mini session space is FREE with a 3 item donation.  The Palatine Food Pantry is getting the donation and there is a list of items they need on their website here.  The free session is for any children between the ages of 2 months and 12 years old.  Each family can reserve one space PER CHILD participating in the event and will get 2-3 proofs for each child in an online gallery.  Children will be photographed individually but there is no limit to how many children you can sign up for the event. No sibling images will be taken for this event due to time restraints and nature of the event.  All children participating in our FREE event must be in their Halloween costumes. The backdrop will be a Halloween themed set up.

All prints, digital files and custom products are sold separately at discounted pricing for the special promotional event.  Pricing starts at $25. There is no obligation to make a purchase.  Any purchased digital images will be available by digital download from our website in color and black and white with a full print release. Please note that this is last year’s set up for our mini sessions and our backdrop/set up for this year will be different!

Fall Family Mini Sessions 2019 are $250 and are meant for families that just want a few updated portraits for their holiday cards or for their home.  They are very quick and are not as customized to each family as our private petite and full sessions offered to our clients.  Clients will fill out a short questionnaire to help me get to know your family a bit before the session and let me know if you prefer more “posed” or more “lifestyle” images or a mix of both but we will not be able to get the same mix of images we would get in a private full session.  

The location will be in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago near our studio in Palatine.  Usually the mini sessions are scheduled in Arlington Heights, Palatine, Schaumburg, or Barrington.  Locations will be determined closer to the event but will always have some fall colors if available and fallen leaves. 

Details:  Price includes 15 minute mini session, 10+ proofs shared in an online gallery, 5 digital files with full print release (can print unlimited copies in any size for personal use only), up to 5 subjects (each additional subject of immediate family only is $15–sorry, no extended family for this event).

In addition to the great savings this event offers, participants will receive 20% all of our printed custom products such as wall art, albums and holiday cards!    Digital images will be available by digital download from our website in color and black and white.   Additional additional files are available for purchase at $25 each or all of the gallery for an additional $100.

Mommy and Me Portrait Mini Sessions 2019 are coming soon!  They will be scheduled on Saturday, September 28th from 8-10:00AM and will be 15-20 minute sessions.

The Mommy and Me portrait mini sessions 2019 are for children of any age and their mother or grandmother (or bring both).   Each session time includes up to 3 children.  There will be an additional $15 fee for each additional child.  Please note that the children MUST be in your immediate family and not extended family (no cousins or friends for this event–siblings only).  The backdrop will be sheer white with white or light pink floral accents.

The Mommy and Me Portrait Mini Sessions are $40 and includes a 15-20 minute session with the Mommy and Me Mini Session set up only.  Session fee DOES NOT include any prints or digital files.  Digital files and print packages will start at $25.  Please contact the studio for a full pricing list for this special event.
