Just Peachy Photography will be hosting our FREE anniversary mini sessions 2019 event to celebrate our third year in our studio and over 9th year in business (anniversary is in February). It will be by appointment only so email or call us with your preferred time.  This is a thank you for our current and past clients as well as a welcome to new clients to try out our services!

The free session is for any children between the ages of 4 months and 5 years old.  They must be able to hold head up unassisted.  Children will be photographed individually but there is no limit to how many children you can sign up for the event. The theme is “Hot Air Balloons” with pastel colors and clouds. Children would look best in lighter colors and solid or simple patterns.  All edited proofs will be delivered within 7-10 days in an online gallery and participants will submit an order form if they would like to order any digital files or printed products from their gallery.

Digital files will be $25 each and includes high resolution image in color and black and white.  Low cost prints are available to those who purchase digital files from the event.  Also other custom printed products available will be available for this event.   Contact the studio at Erika@justpeachyphotog.com or 224-801-1680 for details!

Cost:  $275  — This includes a 15 minute session with family and children (up to 5 members included), $15 for each additional family member–immediate family only–no extended family members), 10+ fully edited proofs in an online gallery, 6 digital files in color and black and white with full print release.  Option to purchase additional digital files at $25 each or $100 extra for full gallery.  Also option to purchase custom printed products.

Due to the nature of this special event and limited spaces, no refunds will be issued.  If you book a session and cannot make it, you are responsible for selling the session to another interested party.   In the case of inclement weather, I will contact you to reschedule our session as soon as possible.  If you cannot make it on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for your space for another session/event. Online proof galleries will be available to view in about 7-14 days after your session.  All participants will be sent a link to view their proofs and will have to submit a short online order form to complete their order.

The Spring mini sessions 2019 are for ages 2 months through 10 years old and are offered for children only.   Each session time includes up to 3 children.  There will be an additional $15 fee for each additional child.  Please note that the children MUST be in your immediate family and not extended family (no cousins or friends for this event–siblings only).  The backdrop is on the smaller side so it will be difficult to accommodate several older children.  Please contact me if you would like to include someone older than 10 years old. The background this year will be similar to years past with florals, light colors, and rustic elements.

Our Spring Mini Sessions are $75 and include a 10 minute session with our special set up as well as a $35 product credit.  Digital files and print packages will start at $35.  This means you will get one digital file included if you wish or you can apply credit to one of our special event packages offered. Please contact me for a full pricing list for this special event.

You do not have to choose your package or order any images until after you receive your proofs but please note that this price includes a $35 product credit only.  In order to book your session, you must sign a portrait agreement and provide a $75 payment.   Your space is not officially booked until these 2 items have been received by Just Peachy Photography (you will have 48 hours to return payment and portrait agreement due to limited availability).  Proofs will be sent to all participants within 3-5 days of the event so that you can receive your images in a timely manner.

• If you cannot make one of the times above, I may be able to add you just before 8:30 or after 10:10am so let me know!   Spring Mini sessions scheduled on any other date are considered private and are at our normal petite session pricing starting at $275 for one child.  They can be combined with another backdrop though.

If you cannot make it to your session, you may get someone else to take your place. Payments are nonrefundable due to the nature of the event and limited spaces.
