Hello, I'm Erika and I am excited to meet YOU!
In 2010, I opened Just Peachy Photography because I wanted to preserve memories of not only my family but those around me. As a mom of four beautiful boys, I see how time slips away so quickly. I find myself trying to take mental photos when I don't have a camera on me. The swirl in their hair, the tiny toes, the gummy smiles, the first time they sit up on their own, that first tooth, those long eyelashes as they catch the light on their sweet cheeks, those first steps, that scrunched up face as they smile and so much more! It is my passion to make sure I capture those moments with my clients just as I did and continue to do with my own children. It is those fleeting moments that makes life so dear and precious to me.
It is also a priority to me to make sure your little ones are in safe hands, especially for newborn and baby sessions. I have taken a countless number of classes and workshops and learned from the industries best photographers over the years from all over the world. Safety is a priority to me and I won't attempt a pose unless I'm 110% percent sure it is safe. I hand select products that are only the softest materials so that they don't irritate sensitive new skin. Quality props are important to me and I try to be very selective with items used in sessions. Lighting, posing, props, and styling are all areas I work on daily to provide my clients with the best service and experience.
Every day, I walk by the artwork on my walls of my own beautiful children and it brings a smile to my face. I want to make sure all of my clients have that same feeling so I get to know the children I photograph to let their inner beauty out on camera. I like to capture beautiful, emotional moments between family members. It is my goal to provide you with an amazing experience from beginning to end. This means from the moment we start planning your session until the time that your custom artwork is picked up at the studio. I'll be there along the way with any questions or concerns you have and we will work together to bring your family's vision for your session to life. I want you to walk away with special moments that take your breath away.
Your babies will only be this little once, so let's turn those fleeting moments into art that you will cherish for a lifetime.
