Newborn sessions are for the newborns, parents and siblings and take place in my private studio in Palatine. It is a great idea to book your session as soon as possible to ensure space on our schedule and give us plenty of time to plan. We only book a selected number of newborns a month to make sure clients have the best experience possible. However, we sometimes have last minute appointments open, so please contact us at anytime, even after your baby is born, and we will do our best to get you in! The most successful time to photograph a newborn is generally between 6-14 days but we can adjust poses according to your baby's age. Sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours to allow for breaks in between for baby's needs to be met. All props and accessories are included in your session, but we welcome personal items as well. These include but aren't limited to heirlooms, handmade items, and special gifts for baby.
If you are hesitant to book and would like to schedule a planning appointment, please contact me. Planning appointments are scheduled mainly on weekday evenings but let me know if you can't make it at that time and would prefer to schedule one. I encourage you to set up this meeting so that you can meet the person you are considering as your newborn photographer. This meeting is complimentary and allows you the opportunity to meet me, see the studio and our large variety of props, ask questions, share your concerns, and even get started planning your session! I would love to meet you and hear about your expectations for your session. I'm completely focused on providing you with the best experience possible. If you do not want to schedule a planning appointment, we can have our consultation by phone or email to plan your session.

INVESTMENT
Just Peachy Photography offers several session options to create the perfect photographic art piece that is specially designed for your space. This can include a wall display or an heirloom album. All of our clients also go home with digital files that can be printed to enjoy for generations. Please note that digital files are not archival so they must be printed at a quality lab to become archival.
The creative session fee listed along with a signed contract, agreeing to our terms, formally books your portrait appointment. It covers the pre-session consultation in person or by phone, the portrait session, post-session processing and preparation of your images and a private viewing/ordering appointment at our studio. It does not include any prints or products, including digital files. Clients may purchase products via “Create A Collection” or A La Carte after their session.

All products and digital files are purchased separately and are not included in the creative fee above. Creative fee is due at the time of booking to secure your place on my calendar and is non-refundable. An additional fee is required for groups of 6 or more. $15 per person or pet.
