Just contact us by phone, email, through our website or through our Facebook page letting us know the date you’d like your session (or small event). We’ll check availability and get back to you as soon as possible. $150 retainer fee and signed portrait agreement is due to book your session. Once your session is booked your date is reserved and your pricing is locked in. The retainer fee is applied to your final order.

Petite sessions will take about 20-40 minutes and a full session will take about 60-90 minutes. Newborn sessions take about 2.5-4 hours depending on the cooperative nature of your baby and if siblings are involved in the session.

 

 

Your proofs will be posted to a private, password protected online gallery about 7-14 days after a full portrait session or newborn session. Usually for petite sessions and small events, proofs will be posted within 5-7 days. An online order form must be submit to Just Peachy Photography before any digital images are shared.

 

 

You will see about 25-35 images in your gallery for a full or newborn session and about 10 images in your gallery for a petite session. Small events vary based on event length.

 

 

Your private, password protected gallery will be available online for viewing/ordering for 10 days. If you would like to renew it for another 7 days, there is a small $20 fee.

 

 

Yes, your friends and family can view the images any time. You just need to send them the viewing instructions and password. They are welcome to order prints/some products on the online shopping cart from the gallery or they can call or email me their order and I’ll assist them. All custom orders must be ordered through phone or email. All customers must submit their order through the online ordering form that I provide.

 

 

If there is a product that you want that is custom designed and ordered, such as baby announcement cards, custom collage prints, framed art, albums, etc., please email us what product you want and we’ll guide you through the order. We’ll figure out what images you want to include and get your approval from a digital proof before it is ordered.

 

 

If you see a product you want or if there is a size print that you do not see offered, let us know what it is and if we are able to order it, we’ll give you a custom quote of the product or size before you place your order.

 

 

Most orders can be expected 2-3 weeks after payment has been received. Some larger custom orders, like albums or custom framing, may take a little longer. You will be emailed when your order ships or when your order is ready to be picked up. Digital images can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to deliver after payment has been received.

 

 

No, the 10% IL Sales Tax and shipping/handling charges are added on after your order has been placed. You can choose to pick up your order in Palatine, IL to avoid shipping charges if you prefer.

 

 

You are welcome to reschedule the session for another date if your family member is sick or an emergency comes up. This is at the discretion of your photographer.
