Small Events

 

Just Peachy Photography offers small event photography services for events located within 20 miles of Palatine, IL. If your event location is slightly beyond this distance, usually we will let you book with a small traveling fee. These events include but aren’t limited to baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, gender release parties, graduation parties, baptisms and other religious events. Our goal is to capture all of the important details, guests and activities at your special event so you can enjoy your party and guests! Generally we do not take on events with more than 75 people and 4 hours of coverage is our maximum.

Just Peachy Photography Packages

Social Package-$150
***includes
* 1 hour of event photography coverage, focusing on details, food, guests, decorations, and activities.

Celebration Package-$225

* 1 1/2 hours of event photography coverage, focusing on details, food, guests, decorations, and activities.

* Custom Facebook Timeline Cover
* Each additional 1/2 hour of coverage is $75

Soiree Package-$335
***includes
* 2 hours of event photography coverage, focusing on details, food, guests, decorations, and activities.

* Limited Print Release to print unlimited copies of images for personal use only up to 8×10 size print
* Custom 8×8 size 14 page Hardcover Photo book Add $65 for 26 pages or add $125 for 38 pages (photo slideshow of photo book below). Shipping costs and sales tax do apply.

* $35 Portrait Session Credit
* Each additional 1/2 hour of coverage is $75

Add a Custom 8×8 size 14 page Hardcover Photo book to any package above for $85. Request quote for additional pages. Shipping costs and sales tax do apply.

All digital packages include a set of low-resolution images with a small watermark on them for sharing on the web, including but not limited to blogs, personal websites, and social media websites. Add $35 to have your images uploaded to a flash drive with custom case. All photo books are put together by Just Peachy Photography and proofs of the pages are shared with the client. Client will have one set of changes that can be made without an editing fee. All images may be edited with a $60/hour editing fee. This editing fee also applies to other changes made to the photobook.

All clients can choose to have a private, password-protected gallery of their images uploaded to our website for viewing or ordering of their images. The images will be posted within 7 days of your event and will be available to view for 10 days. You can renew your gallery for an additional 10 days for only $20.

A $150 deposit and a signed contract are required to book your event. The rest of your order is due before the date of your event. You are welcome to order prints and products after the event using the online shopping cart or emailing us directly with your choices. Shipping charges will apply for photo books and other custom products. All packages above include one location within 20 miles of Palatine, IL. Additional fees required for additional locations and mileage request information).
