Since the weather was in the ’30’s last year for St. Patrick’s Day, my family didn’t go to the annual event but luckily this year we made it there! The sun was shining, the sky was blue, the crowds were out and everyone was wearing green! It truly was the perfect day for the parade! Of course since it was sunny and close to noon when these photos were taken, I didn’t get as many as I would have liked from my viewpoint. Next year I might find a spot that is a little more shaded but regardless it was a great time by all in my family. Palatine always has a great parade!

This three legged dog even participated in the St. Patrick’s Day fun! He was all decked out in green and keeping up with the rest of the parade!
